Jason Duval is one of the two main protagonists of GTA 6, alongside Lucia Caminos. Per Rockstar's framing, Jason grew up around grifters and crooks, which led to a rough upbringing. He briefly joined the army — which likely accounts for his combat skills — before ending up back in the Leonida Keys, drawn into local criminal work. When an easy score goes wrong, Jason and Lucia are pulled into a conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida, forced to rely on each other to survive. The player switches between Jason and Lucia throughout the story.
